October

Ready for Fall: I say it every year, but Fall is my favorite season. I love the smell of fall, pumpkins, hot apple cider, pumpkin spice latte's, bon fire's with smore's and warm snuggles with my boys!

Gabe 3 Months: Our little boy is 3 months and we are enjoying all his snuggles. He is weighing in at 15.5 lbs. He takes three naps a day and is still nursing full time. He has become very ticklish and we love to hear his belly laughs.

Isaac Turns 3: Gavin's best buddy Isaac turned three this month. We celebrated at Rainbow Play Systems with a Mickey Mouse theme.

Fall Festival: We headed over to the fall festival again this year, however this year it got cut short due to Mr. Gabe. He was not a happy camper at the festival and we had leave early. We did still manage to squeeze in a little fun for Gavin though.

Louisburg Cider Mill: Our Annual trip to Louisburg Cider Mill complete with hot apple cider and cider donuts! Yum!

Bon Fires and Smore's: Fall would not be the same without some bon fire fun with friends.

Sweet Fall Moments: Just like every mom, I love trying to capture those "sweet" moments that we all know won't last forever.

Old Friends: We made a special trip to Arkansas this month to visit some old friends. It is so much fun getting all of our kiddos together (6 total now). Aaden and Gavin are like two peas in a pod!

Happy Halloween: We celebrated Halloween again this year with some great friends. The weather was perfect for trick-or-treating, hot apple cider, cider jello shots, yummy desserts, then followed by a win for the KC Royals! What a great night.

September

Trip to the Farm: We headed up to Nebraska for Labor Day weekend to visit my dad and Kim. As always it was another wonderful trip filled with gator rides, tractor rides and some game day snacks!

On the drive up Gabe was crying and Gavin grabbed his hand to make his little brother feel better!  Moments like these melt my heart! So blessed!

Cheering on the Hawks with some "game day snacks"

A Visit from GiGi: My mom came to visit to help me watch the boys one weekend, as I had some church obligations and Courtney was away on a work retreat. As always my mom spoiled Gavin and Gabe with love and fun! The weekend consisted of a fun night out at Spin (our favorite restaurant), McDonald's for lunch, play time at the park, then followed by a movie in the park with popcorn!

Girls Night Out: Every now and then us moms need to recharge, so what better way than a night out on the town. Three ladies taking on KC for the night in honor of Carissa's birthday. I really am thankful for these ladies and the friendship we have!
