Family Time

Two weekends ago George and Dixie came to visit along with Tom and Bernice, and Susan and Russ. It is always great when family comes to visit! We had a great time enjoying each other's company over coffee and cocktails on the deck. We even got to play a few hands of cards!!

On that Saturday we decided to head downtown KC to tour the Boulevard Brewery. Gavin was the only baby there....and he was all smiles during the tour! I figure we have to start him young right? ;) After the tour we got to sit outside and sample some of the new brews.....one of our favorites was "Tank 7"

Gavin also got to experience another first that weekend....the swimming pool! I have him signed up for swim classes this July and was wanting to get him in the pool before classes start just so he was familiar with it. So, with George and Dixie staying at the hotel it was the perfect opportunity to get Gavin in the pool.  He loved splashing the water with his hands!
