Smith's Nesting in Kansas: June

Table Rock Lake & Court's Birthday: We decided to take a mini vacation with some friends to the lake to celebrate Court's birthday and to have one last trip as a family of three. It was also our friend Rachel's birthday as well that weekend. It was a very relaxing 5 days of fun in the sun! It seems like it rained most of May, so we lucked out with some great weather for the lake.

We got a pinata for Courtney and Rachel's birthday. Of course the little boys loved it and all the candy that came flying out.

Crossing off some summer activities:
1.) The Pool: Our favorite part of summer! We try to go at least 2-3 times a week.

Oh and we have to have popsicles after the pool of course!

2.) Baseball Game: Pitching for Priests Game (Kansas City, KS vs. Kansas City, MO)

3.) Park and Ice Cream: After playing hard at the park we love to head over to Peachwave for some ice cream!

4.) Touch-A-Truck Event: We headed over to Cedar Lake for the "Touch-A-Truck" event. It was put on by the City of Olathe's Park and Recreation Department. Gavin was in heaven!!! He got so excited to see all the different trucks. It was pretty hot out, so we did not get a chance to see them all....but his favorite by far was the Fire Truck.

Father's Day: Well, they look alike and they even act alike sometimes! I couldn't imagine a better father for Gavin! Gavin is beyond blessed to have Courtney as his father and role model. So, cheers to an amazing man, husband and father! We love him so much! Happy Father's Day Courtney!

Courtney and I are both extremely blessed to have such amazing men as fathers and role models. These men mean the world to us and we can't thank them enough for all that they do for us! So cheers to our dads!!! We love you guys! Here are a few throw back pictures.....lol

June's Belly Picture..... 39 weeks (June 21st). We are hoping to meet this baby soon! We are so excited and ready! At my 39 week appointment I was dilated to a 3 and 60% effaced. So, hopefully anytime!
